Trucking & wharf terminal delivery requirements — Brooklyn site 3012

To ensure fluid cross-docking transitions, absolute pedestrian segregation and zero congestion within our industrial estate, all freight forwarders, linehaul carriers and wharf transport operators must strictly adhere to our mandatory on-site delivery parameters.

Delivery address: 19/19 Export Drive, Brooklyn VIC 3012. All freight is received here — do not deliver to the registered office.

Our dedicated, private hardstand parking bay features a
maximum operational length of 14 metres.
All transport operators delivering 40ft ocean containers
must either:
  • Ground the container on-site via a sideloader unit, OR
  • Decouple the trailer chassis completely inside our
    hardstand bay.
Prime movers (truck cabins) are strictly prohibited from
parking or idling in the communal estate lanes and must
exit the operational footprint immediately after dropping
the trailer.

Our high-speed warehouse utilizes side roller door
configurations for inbound cargo triage and safe
pedestrian devanning.
  • ALL containers must be loaded at the Port of Melbourne
    terminal with DOORS FACING FORWARD (loaded facing the
    truck cabin).
  • All transport operators must execute a strict
    REVERSE-IN approach into our 14-metre bay.

WARNING: Inbound containers arriving with doors facing
the rear of the trailer will face IMMEDIATE REJECTION
on-site. Any associated redelivery or futile trip fees
will be borne entirely by the carrier or client.

  • Standard Receiving Windows: Monday to Friday,
    8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Estate Gates Lockdown: the industrial estate automated
    perimeter security gates lock down promptly at 4:30 PM.
  • 24/7 Emergency Wharf Overrides: full after-hours,
    overnight and weekend gate clearance authority to absorb
    critical wharf evacuations and urgent retail rejections.
    All after-hours arrivals must be booked and authorised
    by our operations desk at least 1 hour in advance.
    Unannounced arrivals after 4:30 PM will be turned away
    at the perimeter gates.

The outdoor hardstand yard is a STRICT PEDESTRIAN
EXCLUSION ZONE. Drivers must remain inside their cabins at
all times during forklift loading/unloading operations.
If a driver must drop clutches or adjust twistlocks, they
must wear compliant AS/NZS Steel-Cap Safety Boots and a
High-Visibility (Hi-Vis) Vest. No exceptions.
